Hi, I’m Bri, the designer behind Surface & Soul.

I create atmosphere-led interiors and spatial experiences for brands who want their spaces to feel intentional, immersive and emotionally connected.

My work explores the relationship between interior design, brand experience, sustainability and storytelling - shaping spaces that do more than look beautiful, but communicate feeling, identity and purpose.

Alongside Surface & Soul, I’ll be starting a Master’s degree at Arts University Bournemouth in September 2026, where I’ll be continuing to develop my interests in sustainable design, spatial storytelling and the emotional experience of interiors.

Bespoke Design Support

For projects that need a more tailored approach, bespoke design support allows us to shape the process around your space, goals, budget, and preferred way of working.

Every project begins with a free, no-obligation discovery questionnaire, followed by either a conversation by message or a free 20-minute call, whichever feels easiest for you.

From there, I’ll create a proposal document outlining:

The project brief and overall direction
The deliverables I feel would be most useful
Suggested plans, visuals, moodboards or design details
Any optional add-ons and associated costs
How the process could work around your budget and timeline

Once the proposal is agreed, I’ll begin the early design stages, with check-ins shaped around your preferred communication style.

My aim is to make the design process feel clear, flexible and enjoyable, while creating a space that feels intentional, atmospheric and connected to your brand.

Concept & Visualisation Design

A more involved option focused on shaping the overall look and flow of your space.

After an initial questionnaire, photos, and chats, I’ll explore a few different design directions through concept boards. We’ll then refine what resonates most into a single, cohesive concept, which can be brought to life through realistic visuals to support confident decision-making.

Optional sourcing and creation guides can also be added.

Space & Style Edits

A light-touch way to look at your space or a particular issue with fresh eyes. Ideal if you’re seeking clarity, direction, or a few considered changes.

It all begins with an in-depth questionnaire, followed by reviewing images or videos of your space. Then I share a set of considered ideas you can explore at your own pace, either independently or with my guidance. Click the image to see examples.
